I think most people who have read the book say that, but I thought it was great (I didn't read the book), and really, they can't put every little detail into the movie. Like a friend of mine was upset because she thought they didn't show enough of the "future," but that seemed like one of the minute details that didn't need stressing on compared to the rest of the movie IMO.

I understand not everything can be fit in so I try to enjoy what they do decide to film. And I totally get the thing about setting story lines up so non readers of the books can understand better. I saw it again today and this time I actually saw it in 3D. It was obviously just as good, but 3D takes away something for me. I just think of how the glasses annoy me and how they make my eyes hurt the entire time and I can never enjoy it as much. Still good, but I definitely prefer 2D. 3D is overrated.

And more expensive :/ I dislike 3D too, because I wear glasses and it's annoying and sometimes hurts my eyes to have to take off my glasses and wear the 3D ones. It's like paying for for discomfort.

I wasn't a fan of Rob's portrayal of Cedric. To be fair, it probably wasn't his fault, but in the movie I felt like Cedric didn't come off very likable at all!
