Behind the Screen: H2: Halloween 2

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I def think that h20 shouldve been the end of the series. If 8 didn't happen, they could remake and sequelize (yes i made a new word) all they friggin' wanted to...

I still think his best movies are House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.

Oh yeah By far! I don't think he can ever top House of 1000 Corpses. I never get scared from movies, but that freaked me out. I am glad that he isn't just doing a remake, he is reinventing it.

I can never finish this movie. Everytime I watch it something comes up. Shame, I just want to see the death scenes anyway.

The death scenes are mostly gory and graphic, I really enjoyed this film I hope Rob comes back for a third film, but I doubt it.

Are you sure ? Because I checked IMDB and it said a guy named Patrick Lussier or something like that is directing H3D. It says it's scheduled to be released in 2011.

Oh, you're right! He refused! Originally he wanted to do it...maybe the 3D aspect turned him away...idk!

Yeah, I bet it did turn him away. I just can't see RZ doing a 3D type of horror movie. I hope he makes some more kickass movies though. I liked what he was doing with the remake of part 1 and H2. Of course the original Halloween 1 and 2 are my two favorites but I still liked RZ versions too. I hope H3D will be cool though. I'm also excited about the new Freddy remake.

Yea Zombie does makes twisted movies, and if you noticed that the krazy clown that was on the devil reject is basically in all his movies.

Sid Haig, yes. I have so many problems with Zombie's H2. Like - I like the dark tone and the brutal violence Zombie was able to bring to the series, but he completely ruined the characters of Laurie and Dr. Loomis. The characters in the rebooted series are just despicable.

Yeah he did, I forgot how bad he did ruin them, especially in H2.

I agree with RockSteadyVybes and Adrian, RZ did ruined the characters of Laurie and especially Dr. Loomis he was a very different character from the original and from the remake. And to ishot JT I thought H20 was a great movies with a good story I just wished they didnt ruined it with the sequel they had, it would of been nice to have a sequel with Jamie Lee Curtis, and Josh Hearnett.

I dont think he ruined the characters of Laurie or Loomis. Im glad he didnt make them the same as they were in the original movies, that would have been boring.

Scout Taylor-Compton is so terrible. I kind of wish they'd just continue the original series, but that'll never happen
