Behind the Screen: Future Challenge Format Speculation

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I think it is because after The Inferno, they made the missions much more about strength...

Cystic is right. I think it is because after The Inferno, they made the missions much more about strength. If it were endurance, a little bit of strength, and smarts, we have a competition.

LOL. I also think it would be fair to have missions like the Infernos on Inferno 1. Like who could eat the most chilies, who can stay in a bug helmet the longest and stuff like that.

And of course, I agree with this..That would definitely determine who is an all around good competitor..

Exactly. BOTS 3 is definitely an option as long as they pay that fee and make the missions rounded.

Yeah but that could get kinda boring!! They need a mix.. Like the Duel 2 missions are geting boring.... It's like every week I see Diem freak out, Evan laughs at her, then LAndon and Brittini win the mission... Im kinda over it..

Look I am far from sexist, but if you put 10 rwrr challenge men against the women the women are going to lose 99.99999999999999999% of the time.. Thats just how it works =)
