I like Paula...why does she get so much hate?

Because she sucks.

Paula actually looks pretty in her picture.

Another castmember I'm tired of seeing. Only has missed one Challenge since her season aired.

Probably another allie for Kenny.

I LOVE Paula!!!!!! If you have ever met her in person then you know she is so much fun to be around!! I was in THE BAHAMAS with Grad City for my grad trip last year and we got to hang out with her and I think her boyfriend who worked for Grad City also. They were so so sooooo much fun! She was REALLY DOWN TO EARTH!!!!!* Can't wait to watch her on Freshmeat II - Team Paula ALL THE WAY! You go girl!!!*

I liked her on her season, the Duel, Inferno III, and Gauntlet III. On the Island, her personality waffles between Johnny-supporter-trusted-friend to melodramatic woman with a huge chip on her shoulder. She carried the later sort of behavior (with Dunbar, maybe he's a bad influence) into the Duel 2, where I was NEVER more annoyed with Paula. I really hope she goes home. She needs to get a real job.

I think Paula seems like she'd be a cool person in real life (judging from her first appearances on the show) but that on the later challenges she's let the games and the backstabbing and power plays get to her and become really irritating to watch. Not a fan of her on challenges at all.

I don't think she'd be as bad if she weren't on every challenge! She could definetly skip a couple more.She is like Robin 2.0

Robin and Paula both need to get real jobs.

I will never understand why BMP likes Paula so much and keep asking her back. She's not hot (pretty yes, but not hot), she's boring, she's not a good competitor. What exactly do they see her bringing to the table in these shows? I doubt she is one cast member that viewers in general are dying to see.

She apparently has some kind of fanbase, on here as well (which shocks the hell outta me). As for what she brings to the table...I feel that it is pointless now to argue and complain about it anymore. The casting of these shows is so repetitive and nonsensical, that I really believe they're actually satisified with their garbled, recycled drama and cast members... Paula was probably my favorite cast member until Gauntlet 3! She really started getting on my nerves then.

I like Paula for the most part. I think The Island was where she started focusing more on the political aspect of the game and stopped trying to win from a physical standpoint. Maybe if she focused on both she'd finally win a challenge. From The Duel to The Gauntlet III, she showed she's a pretty tough competitor. Then once she got on The Island she was part of the alliance and didn't focus on winning because she's good but because she was friends with Johnny and Kenny. I think she lost some confidence though after that and that's why she chose Dunbar on the Duel 2. I think most of us can agree that Paula did really well on the Fresh Meat II exile she was in.. did she win? No, but I don't think most girls can win against Ev (not even you, KellyAnne!:laugh2:) I mean, I totally understand why people don't like her... I guess I'm just one of the very few who likes her. Though I don't like her as much as OPD, since I can bear to be away from her for more than two minutes. :)

Funny, I have heard the same thing. I think that Lancey Pants is the same guy she was "dating" during Duel II. And that is such a stupid nickname.

She was dating someone during the Duel 2 and was trying to get with Dunbar who was also in a relationship? My oh my, she's really changed from the girl that was angered by Johnny's night club shenanigans on her Key West season. By the way, I never saw the Key West reunion, but did she explain when or why she broke up with the guy that put her in a hospital?
