Twenty-six competitors are headed to New Zealand to compete in one of the most intense Real World/Road Rules Challenges ever: The Duel 2. What makes this season different? There will be no teams. That's right; it's every man and woman for themselves. This time around, players will be pushed past their limits as they compete in nine extreme challenges leading up to an epic finale where the winners will split a purse of $300,000. As has become the norm for every Real World/Road Rules Challenge, expect to see the Challengers plot, scheme and stab one another in the back as they put everything on the line to win! Who's in? Thirteen men and 13 women -- all veterans of The Real World or Road Rules, and some of the Challenge itself -- will step up to try to claim their share. The men throwing their hat into the ring are Eric, Nick, Brad, Dunbar, Adam, Mark, Landon, Davis, Derek, Evan, Isaac, CT and Ryan. The ladies trying their luck in this Real World/Road Rules Challenge are Kimberly, Ruthie, Diem, Katie, Aneesa, Jenn, Tori, Robin, Brooke, Paula, Rachel, Brittini and Shauvon. [via MTV]

Didnt really like the intro...they could've made it alot better IMO. I kinda felt bad when Diem said that CT has been havign a hard time lately and she just wants to see him be ok, kinda sucks that he goes all out on Adam... And wow, CT and Shauvon...on the first night? haha

He is in character -- He is Flavor Flav. Perhaps now some of you will understand why I've been saying for months that CT was legally the aggressor in this situation. The video to this point accurately portrays what cast and crew reported to vevmo during and since the challenge.

I think it is interesting that all they guys don't try to stop the fight at all. If they fight, they are out of the competition which means less competition for them... especcially when it comes to CT.

Hello Vevmo.. I've been a "viewer" of the site for a while, but I think I'm ready to start posting. So, I like Shauvon. Who cares that she hooked up with CT. I'm not a fan of his, but he was right in what he said to Diem, he shouldn't have to wait around. Although, wrong about putting it all on Adam, the situation could have been avoided, but wait.. it's CT that we're talking about.

Liked her on FM, probly large part to Derrick because he treated her amazing and pushed so hard to win for her, even though they fell short in the end. Didn't like her at all on the Duel or Gauntlet 3, I don't wanna say it was because of CT, but the way she acted because of CT just made me dislike her. Now I do feel bad for her, but at the same time I'm kinda on CT's side too, I'm not sure yet but I actually don't mind CT on this challenge yet even though I didn't like him on the Duel or Gauntlet 3 haha...confusinggg I suppose.

Ok, so I've only been watching the challenges since The Island...just so i'm caught...Diem and CT were dating right? And they aren't anymore?

Not feeling the opening credits. I did like how at the top of the show, there were opening statements from a lot of the competitors, though. CT hooking up with Shauvon - it's his and Shauvon's business. I can understand some hurt feelings from Diem, but they aren't together and there is no need for the others to really tell her. And yes, I still think this is not a good reason for a physical fight.
