I don't know much about it other than the fact they've been filming in DC. But here's a picture. It was originally sent to me because somebody thought it was The Real World...but, the talent in this photo being filmed obviously are from The Biggest Loser...

This is one of DC's better kept secrets. They are casting (or finishing casting)... I have several leads on who may be in that process or have been selected, but I'm not ready to make any statements about that quite yet.

Thanks :). I also heard a rumor they were casting for Real Housewives of Chicago.

I thought "Kate plus 8" was taking a hiatus after Jon left. It would be interesting to see how the show is without Jon. DC must be a great place to film shows.

They have 30 episodes to go, and I believed they are already taped. Word on the net is that John wants his own show (god help those kids).

Didn't know about those episodes. Oh no I hope he doesn't get his own show. I hope the kids stay with Kate.

Kate just bought a condo in MD to use as a place to stay when it is Jon's turn to be with the kids, just like he bought a place in NYC to stay when she is at their home in PA. They may do some filming of the parents in their respective cities or bringing the kids to see where they stay while they are away but I have a feeling they will focus mainly on the PA house and area and how the family is coping with the parents basically living separate lives and what it is like for the kids to finish out the left over episodes.

I agree, in part. Keep in mind, good tv = ratings. Scandal = good tv = ratings = ad revenue. It's a little naive to think that they TLC won't exploit this drama and fanfare for at least a few whole episodes, if not sporadically throughout. J&K + 8 was in its fifth season, yes, but truthfully, until all the rumors about their affair(s) started to swirl, nobody by and large cared about the show.

Oh no, I think they will exploit the heck out of it! I just think (hope , I guess really) that they will tend to focus on the family as a whole and not just what the parents are doing in their separate condos and cities. I miss the days of tuning in to see cute little Aiden in his glasses play around in the sprinklers :(
