I don't care if Jenn and Derrick are Veterans. They still have to go in and earn their keep in these things too. Jenn has been doing well too but remember she came in DEAD LAST on Fresh Meat 2. And you're probably right. They probably would've just voted her in anyway's but still I think she should've at least fought to stay out of the Gulag.

Definitely not arguing with you on that one. But I've given up at trying to figure out how some people go about what they do on these Challenges, haha.

She's been awesome on Cutthroat. While I don't think it was her intention, she has set herself up nicely for future challenges.

Maybe Emily is one of those rare persons on this show who actually like to compete? Might be an explanation, too.

I think she's the nr 2 best female competitor on this challenge, next to Laurel.

Her attitude is great. I think she volunteered for the last Gulag because she didn't think she would lose to Paula or Tori. But it does get me a little steamed that Jenn didn't have to go in at all.

I don't know about not losing to Paula or Tori, but I agree with you on the rest. I think it's complete BS that Jenn didn't have to go in. I wonder if that's honestly how it went down--that Emily volunteered herself before Jenn could even say anything, or if there had been a hint of discussion and Emily knew she had no chance anyways of staying out. And I wonder what Derrick would have done if he had to choose--I knew Jenn is a "vet," but Emily already went in and proved herself on numerous occasions, and is also a strong athlete who everyone likes. Plus, I would think that if he had to choose, he would prefer Emily over Jenn in the final, but that's just me.

I actually think that if Jenn told Derrick to vote for Emily, he would listen and do it.

Yeah, Derrick's pretty whipped.

She beat Paula, it didn't look like it took her long. I knew she would make it far on this challenge, until next time to her.

She's such a great competitor. She is like a more calm, and focus Jodi! I hope she's in more challenges :)

She is strong and is not annoying, that's why I like her. Of course beating Paula and Melinda doesn't make her the strongest here, but at least she's not saying "I won against Paula and Melinda, I'm the strongest here!" and she doesn't cause much drama. Go Emlly!

This girl reminds me of women like Mlla Jovovich or Michelle Rodriguez. I'm not sure who else to add to this list, but Emily is strong and awesome just like these actresses.

I hope she makes more challenges!

I like her but some times she annoys me on Twitter. Today I was reading the Wes vs Derrick twitter war, and she tweeted that she was team Derrick since thank God she hasn't met Wes, so Wes tweeted her, "are you the girl from Cancun?" Then someone wrote that she was the girl from the wackest season of the Real World. Then she was like "No get right, I am the rookie girl that kicked *** on Cutthroat." I don't remember her kicking *** on Cutthroat, she was a actually like a ghost on that show, she did beat Melinda/Paula but I don't consider either one of them strong and on the overall challenge she didn't do anything to stand out like Laurel did. So I think she is overrating herself and needs a humble pill. I would love to see her in another challenge and actually "kick ***".

I'll give you Melinda but Paula is no slouch. Emily is tough.

Agreed. And personally I think she could give Laurel a run for her money and possibly Ev as well. She is big and strong and on the Cutthroat final along with Jenn led the finalists to the first checkpoint. Maybe I overrate her but I think she would rock, especially in a Duel setting.

Yeah! Emily is awesome! Hope she is on the next challenge. Wes really does sucks and Emily did prove to be a strong competitor on Cutthroat for your information.

I have to agree with the other person, she won two eliminations rounds but against Melinda (weak physically) & Paula (weak mentally) but you guys have to remember both of those gulags were physical, she was TALLER than both of them so she had a big advantage over both of them just like Laurel/Cara Maria did on Jonna/Jasmine on rivals. Then, on the overall challenges she didn't do anything to standout on her team, like Laurel did. Then on the finals I was expecting her to do a Kelly Anne & Sarah move, but they didn't. I think Jenn was even doing better than her. So I would agree she hasn't proved herself, she wasn't kicking *** on Cutthroat and people over rate her just like they do with Camila.

I kinda agree with this. I had no prob with Emily on Cutthroat, but I watched half of her season of RW a couple weeks ago and it sucked. She annoyed me on it so I'm not a fan. I don't think she "rocked" in any way on Cutthroat. She was okay I guess, but I find it funny how everyone said Brandon and Camila are overrated but they overrate Emily. On paper, it'd seem like she can beat Laurel (because of her athletic history and height), but I think Laurel and definitely Ev can still send her packing any day of the week. Paula could even beat her at another type of elimination round I feel.

Couldn't it be argued that the only reason Laurel stood out in the challenges was because she was much taller than her female counterparts? You pretty much said it yourself, but I'm just saying...you're not making much of a point. I thought that for her first challenge, Emily did quite well. These have turned into challenges where a rookie making it to the end is a rare occurrence thanks to politics. I wouldn't mind seeing her on another challenge.

People tend to "overrated" rookies who do average on these shows but are lovable characters (i.e Leroy, Brandon) but i think if she were on another challenge, she'd prove a lot of people here wrong. *fingers crossed*

Sorry, but do you mean prove the people overrating her wrong or the doubters wrong?

I think Emily is amazing. People also underrate her. People only talk about Rachel, Evelyn, Kelly Anne and Laurel as the great female competitors, but I think Emily's up there too! She might have been too nice on Cutthroat. For instance, Jenn got away with not going in at all even though everyone else did, while Emily went in twice because she wanted to be nice. Most people would have complained about that, but Emily went in with a good attitude. And yes I think she kicked butt on the challenge. Just because she didn't get a lot of tv time doesn't mean she wasn't one of the most consistent and athletic females there. She seems fiesty on twitter. I'm hoping she brings that attitude to the next challenge. She tweeted once that between Katie going off on her and Ty getting aggressive, she was too nice and forgiving on Cutthroat. lol.
