User image First Appearance: Real World: Cancun Emilee's partner on the Twitter campaign, Derek is another of the Cancun rookie crew ready to prove that BMP made a mistake not putting them on Fresh Meat 2. While a nice person at heart, Derek needs to be malicious and vicious if he wants to survive the brutal waters of a Challenge, especially with so many vets around. Will he be the rookie sensation of this Challenge or will his association of being a Cancun kid end his Challenge in quick fashion? Previous Challenges: None

First off, Derek is spelled completely spelled differently than Derrick. Also, I just can't see him ever being as great as any of the so called challenge greats. On a side note, I hate his hair.

Wow, what was I trying to say?? Just reading it confuses me. The one time I don't re-read my post before posting. Completely only meant to say spelled once. Meh, I give up trying to explain myself.

I always saw this guy as an example that it must be that if you walk into a bmp casting session for the real world and you say your gay and your somewhat attractive than that must mean you get instant cast or something like how in the hell did he get on this show... But I remember on his season he said he was captain of the basketball and track teams. that I find hard to believe but if its true he may be a good competitor
