I can't speak for the others, but I read that Irulan has started a line with her mother, the Aesthetic Collection, the website for which you can find with a quick google. I think she has moved past her MTV days.

For anyone wondering about Karamo, I found him on Twitter (Karamo Brown (KaramoInc) on Twitter ) through the MTV Dailies Twitter page, and apparently he's a father, writer, and host (as written on his page). He has an official website listed, but it's not done yet.
