Behind the Screen: The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons - Run, Teams, Run

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

If Brooklyn had a four minute lead why is that lead gone as soon as the helicopter lands...

Boring since Marie left. That's all I have to say...

Marie did absolutely nothing while she was there--she may be good in later challenges but she wasn't a good competitor or strategist this time--although that could fall on Trey & Robb

Thank you, Devyn. :)

I hope we get some Portland previews tonight, thats the only reason I'm watching live.
I'm hoping for at least one during the reunion

I like the Brooklyn Team, but you can't deny Sarah is awesome athletically and as a person. She's simply a wonderful human being. Sad to know things don't turn out as I hope during this final challenge.

so far I am liking the final challenge so far, it is using a lot of mental aspects in the game, and thus not all about brute strength.

They said tonight would be an aftershow - that is what was stated in every promo for the finale and they didn't say Reunion. Get your **** together MTV.
Bad planning for sure. Did no one realize the reunion would air the day after Christmas and that some adjustments needed to made prior to the start of this season? Maybe air a 90 minute episode one night, etc...

It would be nice if Ashley said to the boys to stop it or something, at least stand up for Sam.

Ashley knows that will only make things worse

She was a hell of a good strategist actually. How do you think her and Robb stayed as long as they did? She was according to castmembers doing a good job of playing all sides of the house behind the scenes. Being the best competitor doesn't make you the best entertainment. I said it's been boring. Marie and Nany had the most entertaining drama, so I would say it's been boring since those two gals are gone.

Dustin cheering Trishelle running, i duno why i am laughing but....

Haha he called her dum dum. I appreciate you Chet.

Not once did Marie entertain me I have no idea what strategic move you think she made--she lasted as long as she did because they went after FM, Austin and Brooklyn first--then Vegas--had nothing to do with strategy that she did. They had no one--they were "extras" and that paid off for a while
TDMEL52#52
Well Trishelle you actually way 110 pounds, your breast are probably like 6 pounds.
jojorules#53
Trishelle if you refuse to carry them, how can you be mad at him for trying to find a new strategy

Which was like an episode or two ago... and now it's the finale. What drama would you want at this point?
kvm1977#55
The only girls in this final that are tolerable are Sarah and Ashley
ILoveRW#56
I'd much rather lose with Brooklyn than win with San Diego. Brains over Brawn.

Strongly disagree.
kvm1977#58
I thought the Exes final was far better half way through as well.
kvm1977#59
Brooklyn can't count to 8? Really Sarah & Chet?
tomgoesboom#60
I love Devyn's commentary.
