Judge probably threw in that stuff about his claim being worthless anyway to help shield the lawyer from a malpractice claim for missing the filing date. question is though, did Johnny really lose? It never seemed like more than a PR stunt to me and he got that.

Johnny also said that the jury that didn't send Casey Anthony to jail was the biggest bunch of retards on the planet who had no idea what kind of evidence was needed to send someone to jail, despite the fact that every other lawyer in the country said they did the right thing based on what was presented. The guy doesn't know anything about law.

Ha. trying to force a settlement for legal fees to claim a victory I guess. A statute of Limitations is a pretty concrete legal thing from what I understand.
