My only fear is some parasocial loser freak would be upset I broke up the showmance they spent 8 hours making a YouTube montage to with dramatic Taylor Swift lyrics so they'd write bad reviews on my business and try to get me fired.

i'm not hyped for this BB season, pretty much every BB season since the 2020s has been boring as hell and corny. worse than the challenge but they get a pass because people love sitting down in bed with their homemade charcuterie boards eating cheese and crackers while they watch 20 something year old hot influencers eat and shit on camera until 5am on a work night.

i think it should be one regular season in the summer with all newbies and maybe like a 3-4 week mini season/game type of thing every winter with returnees so that fans can see some sort of continuity with their faves. Kind of like Drag Race and Drag Race All Stars. I think that Reindeer Games was the first good concept CBS has had in a while
i'm sure many BB vets would love to play again- i think that many of them saying that they probably can't take time out of their lives/work to compete again is not the full truth. the real reason they don't want to is because BB fans are obscenely mentally ill and they don't want every little thing they say or do picked apart and blasted on twitter in which their actual jobs are at risk.

unpopular opinion: i always have had a soft spot for nicole franzel and appreciate her as a winner despite her somehow always being on the opposing side of my favorites. I think she found a non exciting yet competent strategy what ended up working for her and it got her to the finale twice. people hate on her for being a whiny victim who is obsessed with her small town uwu good girl image while also being a total snake and a pick me. but lets be real, being an anti-feminist pick me snake is suprisingly a great BB strategy, she she's an interesting character to watch play because of this. she subverts most competition reality tv archetypes because she had done some things that suggests she's maybe not that good of a person, but also has never done anything henious or evil or overtly problematic, but the fandom still treats her on the same level as aaryn or evil d^ick. a very morally grey character who always falls on the 'wrong' side of the fandom. but i appreciate what she has had to offer, she's one of those players that are way more complex and worthy of discussion than many people give her credit for, lowkey cause the girlies were mad that she was getting dicked down by two hot guys two summers in a row and they were were mad about it, no shade
i also think she's unintentionally funny idk. michelle in bb18 was pressed that she got played by her like 3 times and then proceeded to paint this kind of picture of her as a person and player and it basically stuck with her in the eyes of the audience forever. nicole was only the 3rd biggest pick me of that season. zakiyah and michelle were MUCH worse.
it's one of those cases where people will bash a woman for being a 'pick me' but they bash her in a way that's actually worse and even MORE anti-woman than the original crime. like nicole said she wanted to be the last woman remaining in bb18 which i personally think it a reasonable goal to want to achieve. so she worked with mostly men in the house like paul, victor, paulie, james etc. because they were the ones who had the most power and influence from the jump and she was able to utilize that and secure what was honestly the best strategic position to be in for the entire duration of the game. and then all the self proclaimed feminists and moralists on twitter were dragging her through the mud saying that she was a loose ***** dickmatized ***** who does nothing but rides mens coat tails to the end. like damn harsh, i'd put my own gender down too if it means 500k.
