If you have watched all seasons you know that you should take out easy people in the first 3 weeks. You need to leave targets in the game in order to further yourself along in the game. That is what Rachel and Matt did. They took out the jokes of the house and left in people who are bigger threats.

The smartest thing would be for her to put up Hayden and Enzo (who haven't won anything since day 1) and then backdoor Matt if she needs to. The chances of her actually doing that, however, are slim to none.
