I watched the whole first season of TAR Aussie and I really enjoyed it. Like you said, a lot of the teams are very likable but I think as the season goes on you'll find those that you want to win way more than others.

Does anyone know anything about The Amazing Race casting process? I know that we had someone who broke down the process for The Real World because they had gone through it themselves and made it deep into it. Any luck someone went through TAR casting??

Not sure how many people we have here from other countries, but has anyone ever seen another country's version of TAR? I actually just started watching the first season of TAR Australia and am really surprised at how many likable teams they have. Usually with the US version I find myself rooting for one or two teams; with TAR Australia I think it's the complete opposite and I find myself not liking two teams and cheering for the rest. It's also shot in HD, which is a huge plus.
I have to admit that the last season of the amazing race got me back to loving the show again after I kinda stopped following after season 21. I wish they had waited one more season for all stars. The final 5 teams would have been a lot better choices than some of the teams that they chose like Jessica and John and Globetrotters. I can't wait til the new season. In the meantime, I'm currently watching The Amazing Race Asia to fulfill my craving for the show. Lol
Last season was great, fresh locations like Morocco & Malta, a great cast and a super surprising ending nobody saw coming. I'm still shocked that the candy girls won. I wish Adam & Bethany won but at least the dentists didn't.
This season seems interesting because people don't know the partner for the first time ever. That makes it much harder.
I'm hoping and praying that CBS gives Hayden & Nicole the Big Brother couple love and they come on Amazing Race. The cuteness and hilarity with those two is so fun to watch.

I don't like the cast list to many cheerleaders and TV personalities. Almost half the cast is I feel like.

Yeah, none of the couples stand out to me at the moment as someone I'd be interested in. And agreed I'm over former NFL cheerleaders all the time.

I hope the cast is as good as the 25th season. Season 25 got me back into the show then they killed it for me again when they did the blind date twist. That concept was dumb and everyone was just blah.

yeah I loved season 25 especially since the scientists win. Nobody expected that. There really wasn't a forerunner the whole season it was pretty even.
